RELAXE "CHRISTMAS ON US" SWEEPSTAKES — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK, PUERTO RICO, U.S. TERRITORIES, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR:
The "Christmas On Us" Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Ankman LLC d/b/a Relaxe ("Sponsor"), 3400 Cottage Way, Ste G2 #17940, Sacramento, CA 95825.

2. ELIGIBILITY:
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Florida and New York, and orders shipping to Florida or New York) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi). Void in Florida, New York, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, APO/FPO addresses, and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, its suppliers, fulfillment partners, and advertising/promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD & NIGHTLY DRAWINGS:
The Promotion begins on November 4, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 24, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Each calendar day during the Promotion Period constitutes a "Daily Entry Period" ending at 11:59:59 PM ET. One (1) potential winner will be drawn each night at approximately 12:10 AM ET (from November 5, 2026 through December 25, 2026) from all eligible entries received up to the close of that Daily Entry Period. Non-winning entries remain in the pool and automatically carry over into all subsequent nightly drawings through December 24, 2026. An entry drawn as a potential winner (or an alternate, once offered a prize) is not included in any later nightly drawing while its verification is pending, and does not re-enter if its prize is forfeited or it is disqualified; alternates who are not offered a prize remain in later drawings. One (1) makeup drawing for late-arriving mail-in entries will be held on or about January 2, 2027 (see Section 4B).

4. HOW TO ENTER (TWO WAYS TO ENTER):
Limit one (1) entry per person and per household for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Makeup entries under Section 4B are part of a mail-in entrant's one entry, not additional entries.

  • A. Automatic Purchase Entry: Place a qualifying order at relaxe.co (or via an authorized Relaxe phone order) during the Promotion Period for a Relaxe Standard · 3D, Max · 3D, or Pro · 4D massage chair shipping to an eligible state. Your order automatically creates one (1) entry into the nightly drawing for the calendar day (ET) on which the order is placed and all subsequent nightly drawings through December 24, 2026. Small massagers, accessories, saunas, and commercial/vending chairs do not qualify.
  • B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE — No Purchase Necessary): To enter without purchase, hand-print your full legal name, complete residential street address (no P.O. Boxes), mobile phone number, email address, date of birth, and the statement "I am entering the Relaxe Christmas On Us Sweepstakes" in black or blue ink on a 3" x 5" index card and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Ankman LLC — Relaxe Sweepstakes, 3400 Cottage Way, Ste G2 #17940, Sacramento, CA 95825. Each valid mail-in entry received during the Promotion Period is entered into the nightly drawing for the calendar day (ET) on which it is received and all subsequent nightly drawings through December 24, 2026, on the same basis as a Purchase Entry placed that day. So that postal transit time never costs a mail-in entrant a drawing, each such entry also receives one (1) makeup entry in the nightly drawing for the day it is received for each nightly drawing it missed between its postmark date and its receipt (that is, each drawing for a Daily Entry Period from its postmark date through the day before it was received). Any valid mail-in entry postmarked on or before December 24, 2026 but received from December 25 through December 31, 2026 enters a makeup drawing on or about January 2, 2027, at identical odds: each nightly drawing the entry missed (from its postmark date through December 24, 2026) is re-run with that drawing's original eligible entries plus the makeup entries eligible for it. If a makeup entry is selected in a re-run, it wins the Free Entry prize described in Section 5; if an original entry is selected, no additional prize is awarded and that drawing's original result stands. "Postmark" means the U.S. Postal Service postmark; an entry with a missing or illegible postmark is treated as postmarked on the date it is received. Mail-in entries postmarked before November 4, 2026 or after December 24, 2026, or received after December 31, 2026, are void.

5. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) & FULFILLMENT:
Fifty-one (51) Daily Prizes will be awarded (one per nightly drawing), plus a Free Entry prize for each makeup entry selected in the January 2, 2027 makeup drawing, if any. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received up to the time of each nightly drawing. Limit one (1) prize per person/household. Total ARV of the Daily Prizes: up to $318,750 (51 prizes at up to $6,250 each, including any applicable sales tax), plus up to $5,648 for each makeup drawing prize, if any.

  • If the Verified Winner Entered via Purchase Entry (100% Chair Refund Rebate):
    The winner receives a 100% refund of the amounts paid to Relaxe for one (1) qualifying Relaxe massage chair (Standard · 3D, Max · 3D, or Pro · 4D) on their qualifying order: its purchase price, the Extended Warranty and Priority Processing for that chair if purchased on the same order, applicable delivery charges, and the sales tax paid on those amounts, less any amount already refunded under the Black Friday Price Guarantee, up to a maximum of $6,250.00, including any applicable sales tax. If the order includes more than one qualifying chair, the highest-priced chair is refunded. Other items on the order (such as saunas, handheld massagers, and accessories) are not refunded, and interest or fees paid to Affirm or any other third-party lender are not refunded.
    • Delivery & Order Status Requirement: The refund is issued within five (5) business days after confirmed freight delivery of the chair to the winner's eligible residential address, to the original payment method: through Affirm for orders paid with Affirm, and back to the HSA or FSA for orders paid through TrueMed. Orders that are cancelled, returned, fully refunded, disputed/charged back, or placed on customer-requested shipping hold prior to delivery are disqualified and forfeit any prize. A partial refund under the Black Friday Price Guarantee does not disqualify an entry, and carrier delays or shipping damage (including a replacement shipment) do not disqualify an order; the refund is then issued after the chair or its replacement is delivered.
    • Final Sale Post-Refund: Once the 100% prize refund is issued, the transaction is final and the chair is no longer eligible for return or cash refund under Relaxe’s 365-Day In-Home Trial. Relaxe’s Lifetime Warranty remains in full force. Because a Purchase Entry refund is fulfilled as a post-purchase price reduction/rebate of the customer's own purchase payment, no cash exceeds the amount paid.
  • If the Verified Winner Entered via Free Entry (AMOE):
    The winner receives one (1) Relaxe Chair Package of their choice (Standard · 3D ARV $2,948; Max · 3D ARV $3,648; or Pro · 4D ARV $5,648), including Extended Warranty, Priority Processing, and standard residential delivery. If the selected chair model is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a chair package of equal or greater ARV. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or returned under the 365-Day In-Home Trial. Free Entry winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and IRS Form W-9 prior to shipment; Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the chair package awarded.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM WINDOW:
Potential winners will be notified by email (from hello@relaxe.co) and/or SMS/phone within two (2) business days of the drawing.

  • Purchase Entry Winners must reply to the notification email or SMS within seven (7) calendar days to confirm receipt and accept these prize terms.
  • Free Entry Winners must return the completed e-signature Affidavit of Eligibility, Release, and IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) calendar days of notification.

If a potential winner fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found ineligible, or cancels/returns their qualifying order prior to delivery, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor will award the prize to the next eligible alternate drawn for that night (up to 3 alternates).

7. PUBLICITY & WINNERS LIST:
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to publish a selected winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, and chair model (e.g., "Sarah K., Austin, TX — Max 3D") on relaxe.co, on /pages/christmas-on-us-winners, and in promotional emails and advertisements without further compensation. Winners may request that only their city and state be displayed when replying to their winner notice.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS & RELEASE:
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual tampering with the entry process, using bots/scripts, or acting in violation of these Official Rules. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, Shopify Inc., and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of any prize. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta or Google. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper operation, and in that event may award prizes from among eligible entries received up to the time of the action. Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion is used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at relaxe.co/policies/privacy-policy.
